Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining and increasing revenue. Locate new customers, establish and maintain working relationships between customers and the company; sales and marketing plans for customer base; quote new work as required; overlap and cover existing customer base as required; interface with company quality, tooling, manufacturing and administrative personnel.

Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience. Strong self-initiative & follow-through skills. Possess strong strategic selling knowledge with applicable experience. Manage the sales cycle, negotiate and close complex contracts, and forge alliances to produce win/win agreements. Articulating and understanding prospects' needs and expectations. Understanding business technology and how it drives for business decisions. Ability to travel. Strong "commitment to get it done" work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
