Our Quality Policy is to become the partner of first choice by those companies that have the need for our manufacturing solutions. We will accomplish this by:

  • Providing outstanding products and services that meet or exceed our customer’s requirements and expectations, and
  • Continual improvement of our processes and quality management system.

Customer Satisfaction – Electromax works in partnership with customers to assure all their requirements are met by utilizing customer-focused processes in manufacturing and support.

Product Compliance – Electromax is committed to a Total Quality Management program and where applicable is certified to UL, CSA, and TUV–Rheinland. Our products meet IPC class 2 or class 3 standards as specified by the customer.

Corrective & Preventive Action – Defect reporting is done at all levels of management. Employees are empowered and supported by management to provide feedback and action plans when corrective or preventive action is needed.

Training – is KEY and our training program involves ALL employees. Production and engineering employees are trained and certified to meet the required IPC Class 2 and Class 3 Workmanship Standards.

Continual improvement – All employees are responsible for carrying out the quality policy. Continual improvement supports everything we do to provide quality services to our customers. Our employees are empowered to innovate and respond to customer requirements.

Quality Certification – Our Quality System is certified to both ISO 9001 and AS9100. TUV Rheinland is our 3rd party Registrar.
